Mon Coin celebrates Greek summer through Collectible Art
100 potters, artists, photographers, textile designers and jewellers collaborate creatively at Mon Coin Studio to celebrate the beauty of Greek summer culture through collectible art.
What: Run by Eléonore Trenado-Finetis, Mon Coin Studio has distinguished itself by probing into the commonalities that connect art, tradition, utility and aesthetics. Its current exhibition series, L’Été grec, named for Jacques Lacarrière’s passionate book on the Greek way of life, celebrates the beauty of Greek summer through art.
Featuring the works of 100 Greek artists & artisans, the exhibition showcases Greek craftsmanship through ceramics, painting, engraving, photography, textiles and jewelry and offers an insight into Greece’s contemporary creative landscape.
