What to order: We loved the contrast of flavours: the tart yuzu freshness that came through in the croaker ceviche against the piquancy of the chicken breast in jalapeno sauce. Other stand-out dishes we recommend are the salmon tiradito and the nam tok salad.
The vibe: What truly elevates Wild Poppies is its animated atmosphere, infused with the nostalgic melodies of ’80s and ’90s music remixed with dynamic house undertones. The mixology of both the tracks and cocktails celebrates the vibrant spirit of downtown Athens and the joy that can be found in its alleyways.
