Monica Bellucci in “Maria Callas:  Letters and Memories”

WHAT: French actress Monica Bellucci  portrays Maria Callas, the legendary Greek soprano, in a monologue based on her unpublished letters, unknown and hidden from the public. During the 80 minutes of the play, Monica Bellucci will take us across Maria Callas’s life, from her childhood to the peak and slumps of her career, while also talking about her legions of lovers and admirers. The show is directed by Tom Wolf, who also directed “Maria by Callas” and collected more than 350 of Maria Callas’s unpublished letters.
