WHAT: Mexico’s most unearthly and ostentatious celebration has been brought to Athens courtesy of the Embassy of Mexico. The Day of the Dead is a holiday celebrated throughout Mexico that honors the death of loved ones with masks, food, and festivals. The Vryssaki arts space will host the festivities, complete with a parade, costumes and music over four days that are surely worth a brush with the afterlife.
