An all-day bar & restaurant that embodies the bistro culture of Paris and New York in both spirit and aesthetics, Papillon’s décor channels the Belle Époque of 1920’s Montmartre through a filter of contemporary sensibility and casual elegance.

The wines here are a discovery too – Papillon’s sommelier Marina Damdilopoulou takes immense pride in stocking some of the most interesting labels from Greece and abroad. We tasted exquisite whites from Tinos and from newer, lesser-known wine regions, that pair perfectly with a cheese and charcuterie platter.
